Where is that moment?

I’ve been wondering myself about THAT moment.  You know, the one where suffering transforms into inspiration, where stuckness becomes momentum and sadness morphs into strength.  No matter how much work I do myself, nor the work I help others with, THAT moment is still elusive.  This morning, I realize that it’s because it comes from the heart.  The mind holds on to that which we know so sadness, stuckness, anger… becomes our own property and we all know how much we like that which is “ours”.  The heart, well, the heart is infinite and no matter how fenced in, how defended or protected, it still works.  Deep inside, the ‘knowing’ is never lost.  Connecting our mind and heart is imperative for movement.
